RKCA, Inc. provided sell-side advisory to ManhattanTechSupport.com LLC, doing business as Homefield IT, (“Homefield” or “the Company”), a leading provider of IT managed services and enterprise-grade technology support and solutions, to Acrisure Cyber Services. The transaction closed in October 2022.

Homefield IT, based in New York, NY, was founded in 2012 by Joseph Rabinowitz, James Refino, and Christian Ugolini as ManhattanTechSupport.com, after leveraging their decades of combined IT experience. The Company grew significantly under the team’s leadership, and expanded its footprint beyond the greater New York City metropolitan area. As such, the Company rebranded to Homefield IT in 2021. Throughout the Company’s history, Homefield has maintained its core value of excellent customer service with emphasis on developing long-term relationships with customers and partners.

Homefield was acquired by Acrisure Cyber Services (“Acrisure Cyber”), a division of Acrisure, LLC, a global financial technology and insurance company headquartered in Grand Rapids, MI. Acrisure Cyber is led by Bill Meara, and is actively expanding into the IT managed services and technology solutions end market. The transaction with Homefield represents Acrisure Cyber’s third acquisition in the IT managed services industry since January 2022.
