Neil is a Partner at RKCA and is responsible for working with its Direct Investments portfolio companies. Neil works with the leadership and boards of RKCA’s direct investment companies to help them develop the operational controls and strategic plans necessary to accelerate growth.

Prior to joining RKCA, Neil was CEO of Batterii, a SaaS based tech-enabled consumer insights firm. There, he oversaw the dramatic growth of revenue, led two major acquisitions, and added dozens of global brand clients. Neil’s skills, knowledge, and experience uniquely position him to support portfolio company management by improving their day-to-day operations, execution capabilities, business tracking metrics, and more.

Leveraging that background, Neil expands RKCA’s portfolio companies and ensures that each investment company reaches its full potential.
