RKCA orchestrated a sell-side M&A deal for Pyramid Controls, a developer and installer of warehouse control systems and warehouse management systems—the software that drives the automation and workflow inside of large distribution centers. Following a robust process, Pyramid Controls was sold to a publicly traded firm, Matthews International. To Pyramid Controls’ founding partners, the outcome was exceptional:
