We are also excited to announce that we have promoted Justin Hollon to Senior Analyst.
RKCA is currently hiring for a Vice President of Investment Banking with 5+ years of M&A experience. We are also hiring an Investment Banking Analyst with 1+ year of accounting, transaction advisory, or related financial experience.

Justin Hollon graduated from the University of Cincinnati and joined RKCA in 2021. Since then, he has become a trusted deal team member and a key contributor to RKCA’s IT Managed Service Provider focus. We would also like to congratulate Justin on his acceptance into the Cincinnati Regional Chamber’s Cincy Next Class 11 and are excited to see his continued growth with the organization.
Eric Langen joined RKCA in the spring of 2024, following his graduation from Indiana University Bloomington and a stint at RSM in its Transaction Advisory Services practice. There he served as a consultant, performing financial due diligence on middle-market M&A transactions.
Kingsley Ediae-Holly began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in Atlanta, Georgia, in its Assurance group. Following his time at PwC, Kingsley joined Houlihan Lokey, where he was part of their Financial and Valuation Advisory Services group. While at Houlihan, Kingsley supported the execution of M&A transactions across the healthcare industry.
Colton Markland joined RKCA in 2024 after spending the beginning of his career in commercial banking in Lexington, KY. Additionally, Colton has brought experience in real estate underwriting and family office management.
