CINCINNATI, OH – RKCA, a privately-held, independent investment bank focused exclusively on serving the middle-market, is pleased to announce the expansion of its offerings and an addition to its executive team.
Carter Gaither (LinkedIn) joins RKCA as the Managing Director of the firm’s newly created pre-transaction advisory practice, the Build-to-Sale (“BTS”) group. He will play a pivotal role in driving BTS’s strategic initiatives and growth.
Carter brings experience working on value growth strategies with founder-led and owner-operated businesses, most recently with Camargo Pharmaceutical Services. His background of positioning founder led and expansion stage companies for growth is a complimentary asset to RKCA’s transactional advisory services.
Carter prides himself on his curiosity, innovative thinking, exceptional leadership, and ability to bridge organizational gaps.
“We are thrilled to welcome Carter to our team,” said Brent Rippe, Managing Partner at RKCA. “His attention to detail, willingness to take ownership, and determination align perfectly with our company’s values and objectives. We are confident that his leadership will propel BTS and reinforce our position as an industry leader.”
BTS will work with business owners and their companies as they face obstacles to growth and before they are ready for RKCA’s core transactional services. The main objective of the group is to assist in creating a highly functional organization that is well positioned for its next phase.
“I am excited to be a part of the RKCA team,” said Carter. “I feel confident that the combination of their transactional experience and my career experiences will be beneficial to our clients. We believe that RKCA is ahead of the curve in the investment banking industry by focusing on value creation and value growth before a transaction. I look forward to helping business owners prepare to realize their lives’ works.”
