Internships

Internship opportunities are available throughout the year on a part or full-time basis. A GPA of 3.5 with relevant coursework is required, and prior internship experience in financial services, accounting, investment banking, or corporate development preferred.

Successful interns grow into key contributors to our team with exposure to many important projects. RKCA interns can expect to gain experience in sell and buy-side M&A advisory, financing engagements, and direct investment/private equity.

We offer internships to high-potential undergraduate students eager to gain direct exposure to investment banking. While a finance and accounting background fit well with this role, we’ve found the most successful candidates are motivated, diligent, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

As an RKCA intern, you will:

Assist the firm’s Analysts and Associates in preparing financial models, including discounted cash flow, trading comparables, transaction comparables and other analyses as needed.

Gain exposure to M&A advisory, including assisting with preparing Teasers, Confidential Information Memorandums, buyer diligence, and diligence tasks.

Assist firm professionals in our buy-side advisory, including target identification and outreach.

Have the opportunity to experience client calls and meetings, as appropriate.
