Justin Hollon joined RKCA in 2022 as an Analyst. Justin specializes in M&A advisory throughout the middle market. He is responsible for creating valuation models, completing financial analysis, and conducting financial, industry, and buyer research. Justin is the lead staff member on the Business Services coverage team.

Justin began his post-graduate career at RKCA, where he previously served as an intern beginning in 2020. Prior to joining RKCA Justin had experience in asset management as an intern.

A graduate of the University of Cincinnati’s Lindner College of Business, Justin holds Bachelor of Business Administration degrees in Finance and Business Economics.
